Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern all sales made on the aertoon website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). Any order placed on the Site implies the Client's (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") full acceptance of these TCS without reservation.
Products
The products available for sale are those listed on the Site at the time of the Client's visit, subject to stock availability. aertoon reserves the right to modify the product selection at any time.
Product images and descriptions are for reference only and are not contractually binding.
Prices
Product prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping fees. aertoon reserves the right to change prices at any time but commits to applying the prices in effect at the time of the order validation.
In the event of a promotion, it will be clearly indicated on the Site.
Orders
The Client can place an order on the Site by following the various steps of the order process. The Client's validation of the order implies acceptance of these TCS.
Once the order is validated, the Client will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order details.
aertoon reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Client with whom there is an existing dispute.
Payment
Payments for purchases are made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, or any other payment method available on the Site at the time of the order. Transactions are secured and processed via a certified payment platform.
The Client will be charged the full amount of the order upon payment validation.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Client at the time of the order. aertoon strives to ship orders within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation. The estimated delivery time is between 4 and 8 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process. In the event of a delivery delay, aertoon cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond its control (e.g., strikes, weather events, etc.).
Right of Withdrawal
The Client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product without needing to provide reasons or incur penalties. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must contact customer service at the following address: contact@aertoon.com. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and unused.
Returns and Refunds
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, aertoon commits to refunding the Client within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used during the order.
Any damaged or incomplete products will not be refunded.
Warranties
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with current legal provisions.
In the event of non-compliance with the delivered product, the Client may return it and obtain a refund or exchange.
Liability
aertoon cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage that may result from the purchase of the products.
The selection and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for their needs before placing the order.
Personal Data Protection
The personal information collected on the Site is necessary for order processing. aertoon commits to respecting the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client and not to disclose it to third parties.
In accordance with the "Data Protection Act," the Client has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These TCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably. If no solution is found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
